We manage 16 unfurnished two bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhouses. Two townhomes feature a bay window in living area. Large living area and kitchen with washer/dryer in utility/storage closet and a deck off the kitchen back door. These townhouses include spacious bedrooms with ceiling fans and private full baths upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs.

There could be cosmetic differences in units ex. color of cabinets, color of countertop, color of carpet and ceramic floor in baths or kitchens. Units 1-12 have the same floorplan, and units 17-20 upstairs have the same floorplan. This is a Joint Lease, we do not rent by the bedroom.
