To pay rent you must submit payment through your tenant portal. Paying multiple monthly payments at one time, you will mail or bring the payment (check) in to the office.

We are currently leasing for Fall 2026. We have available at Arbor Creek for Fall 2026; Only two Two Bedroom Townhomes and one Two Bedroom Flat for an August 1st move in date and two Two Bedroom Townhomes for June 1st move in date. If you do not need a tour and have seen one of our units and would like to apply, you will submit your application(s) though our website. If you would like to request a tour contact us via email and we will schedule a tour with you. Tenants please continue to use your tenant portal to submit your rent payment and maintenance request.
