To pay rent you must submit payment through your tenant portal. Paying multiple monthly payments at one time, you will mail or bring the payment (check) in to the office.

We have ONLY one (unexpected) UPSTAIRS two bedroom townhome available at Arbor Creek for a January 1, 2027 move in date. The lease would be longer and not end until July 17, 2028. If you do not need a tour and have seen one of our units and would like to apply, you will submit your application(s) though our website. Tenants please continue to use your tenant portal to submit your rent payment and maintenance request.
