Maintenance Request

To make a maintenance request you MUST submit through your tenant portal. if you have multiple maintenance requests submit on One request. Please be sure and reference your Maintenance help information you received at move in and in an email. Be specific in your maintenance request (ex. front bath/bedroom is above front door or rear bedroom/bath above kitchen). If you have an after hours TRUE emergency please call 706-229-6946. If you have to leave a message state your name, phone number, address include unit number, and emergency. Then also submit maintenance request through your tenant portal.

What is a TRUE after hours Emergency? An Emergency is one that affects your safety, can cause injury or will cause damage to the property and/or cannot wait until the next business day to be repaired (e.g. leaks that cannot be shut off or contained, electrical issues, no working toilets, no water; did you pay your bill? unable to secure the property broken door, door lock).

We are currently leasing for Fall 2026. We have available at Arbor Creek for Fall 2026; Only two Two Bedroom Townhomes and one Two Bedroom Flat for an August 1st move in date and two Two Bedroom Townhomes for June 1st move in date. If you do not need a tour and have seen one of our units and would like to apply, you will submit your application(s) though our website. If you would like to request a tour contact us via email and we will schedule a tour with you. Tenants please continue to use your tenant portal to submit your rent payment and maintenance request.
