We have ONLY one (unexpected) UPSTAIRS two bedroom townhome available at Arbor Creek for a January 1, 2027 move in date. The lease would be longer and not end until July 17, 2028. If you do not need a tour and have seen one of our units and would like to apply, you will submit your application(s) though our website. We will begin Leasing for Fall 2027 in January, you can email us mid to late October if you would like to be placed on our wait list, with the following information: property interested in, number of bedrooms, cell number, roommates name (if you are having one), if you have a pet and type of pet, date you want to move in.
