We have one Arbor Creek 2bdrm 2.5ba upstairs Townhome available for a January 1, 2025 move in date, this lease would not end until July 17, 2026. We are currently leased out at Tanyard Condominium’s, Patriot Park and Arbor Creek for Fall 2024. We will begin leasing for Fall 2025 at Tanyard mid December and at Arbor Creek and Patriot Park in January.
